actually everything was immaculate, my next choice again in grainau. the hotel was luxurious, with a nice size rooms. the location was best possible for first time visitors to grainau. the staff was friendly professional, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

Good service, amazing and awesome breakfast spread. Magnificent views of the Zugspitze mountain from extremely spacious rooms. Location close enough to The forest, and lake.

Good staff, very helpful and warm.
The fitness center was completely "powered down". It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get some of the equipment like the treadmill to work. During my last day, the room circuit popped and nothing worked after that.
